Kim has been a force in sales for over 31 years and a Realtor/Broker for 13 years. She has repeatedly been one of the top 25 performers in the Capital Area Realtors for many years. Kim has a proven track record of selling homes throughout Central Illinois with special attention to Petersburg, Athens, Pleasant Plains, Ashland & Greenview. That is the area where she eats, drinks, sleeps & LIVES!! However, her knowledge of Springfield and surrounding areas is stellar too! Kim enjoys spending her free-time with her husband, Mark, 3 boys and 3 Great Danes. She thrives on being involved in her community. She is a sponsor of the PORTA Girls Basketball team, the Petersburg Athletic Association, the Petersburg Parent Association, PORTA Schools and a supporter of Petersburg PORTA sports teams, especially football. She helps with a variety of fundraising efforts, community events, school activities and has been involved in PORTA Sports Boosters , Chamber of Commerce Halloween Events, Shambolee Golf Sponsor and the LPGA Board of Directors.
